Data deletion
Delete your data.

Mella Check has no account, so there is no profile to delete. Here is how to remove everything else.
1. Data on your phone
Everything the app stores on your phone (welcome and theme settings) is removed when you:
- Open Android Settings → Apps → Mella Check.
- Tap Storage → Clear data, or tap Uninstall.
Your SMS messages are not affected; they belong to your messaging app and are never stored by Mella Check.
2. Analytics and crash data
Usage statistics and crash reports are linked to a random installation identifier, not to your name or phone number. They are deleted automatically (analytics after up to 14 months, crash reports after 90 days). To ask for earlier deletion, message us on Telegram:
Include your phone model and roughly when you last used the app so we can find the data. We reply within 30 days and delete what we can identify. Because the data isn’t tied to your identity, some records may not be identifiable.
3. Advertising data
Ads are served by Google AdMob. Reset or delete your advertising ID in Android Settings → Google → Ads (or Security & privacy → Privacy → Ads). Manage data Google holds about you at myaccount.google.com.
